Shipping destinations and cost

We currently deliver to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Standard shipping is free. We cannot yet deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or military addresses.

Delivery estimates

Orders ship directly from our overseas supply partners. The current estimated delivery time is 6–11 business days, including processing. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Weekends and public holidays are not business days. Items may arrive in separate parcels.

We will share tracking information when it becomes available. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to cancel for a refund.

Help with an order

Please check your delivery address before paying. Contact pheelymon@gmail.com as soon as possible for address changes, cancellation requests, missing parcels or delivery delays. Changes may not be possible after an order has entered fulfillment.
